Gleneagle and the Fox Run area — the neighborhoods on either side of the park the business is named after.
Established neighborhood, mature trees, and a lot of homes on their original irrigation systems. Gleneagle is a tight, walkable service area, which means neighbor pricing works well here — get two or three houses on one street and everyone pays less.
Everything below is available in Gleneagle. I am one person, so I book by street rather than by date — if a few neighbors go in together on the same morning, everyone pays less and I get through the route faster.
Blowout season runs from mid-September until the ground freezes hard, usually sometime in October up here. Flat rate by zone count, and a discount for everyone if you and your neighbors book the same morning.
I do not need you home — just access to the backflow and the controller.
TV mounting, blind and shade installation, furniture and playset assembly and dryer vent cleaning run all year, mostly evenings and weekends. Everything is quoted before I start. There is a $125 minimum on any visit, which is exactly why I will come out for one small job when most contractors will not.
