This is what I actually do for a living. Certified professional installer, correct brackets, correct depth, level across the whole run.
Most handymen will hang a blind. Whether it operates smoothly in three years is a different question. Inside mount versus outside mount, bracket placement relative to the headrail, depth clearance for the stack, level across a bank of windows that is not itself level — these are the things that separate a treatment that works from one that binds, sags, or will not close all the way.
I came up in a family window treatment business and I hold a professional installer certification. This is the one service on my list where I am not competing on price, and I do not think you should shop it on price either.
Common problem. Ordered-online treatments are frequently a half inch off, ordered for the wrong mount type, or arrive with hardware that does not suit the window. Bring me in before you send them back — a fair number of those are fixable on site.

I install. If you want help sourcing, I know the products well and can point you toward what actually holds up.
Yes, including mounting, wiring or battery setup, and pairing to the app or remote.
Fine, within ladder reach. Two-story entry windows and stairwell windows get quoted on site.

Plantation shutters, squared to the opening and matched across both windows.
