Pricing. Every job is quoted before I start, and the number I give you is the number you pay. There is a $125 minimum for any visit — that is the price of a truck showing up, and it is exactly why I will come out for one small job when most contractors will not. Tell me what you need and I will get you a number.

Anchoring is not optional
Anything tall — dressers, bookcases, wardrobes — gets anchored to the wall, into a stud, at no extra charge. If you have small kids in the house this is the part that matters most and it is the part most often skipped.
Wind, specifically
Trampolines and lightweight patio furniture do not survive a Front Range spring unanchored. I anchor trampolines properly as part of the assembly price.

Do I need to unbox it first?
No. Leave it as it came.
What if a part is missing?
I will get as far as I can and tell you exactly which part to order. No charge for the return trip to finish.
Can you take the cardboard?
Yes. I will haul the boxes and packaging away with me, quoted with the job.
