Mitch — owner, and the person who will actually show up.
I grew up in my family's window treatment business in Colorado Springs. I have spent years as a certified professional installer — in people's homes, doing measured work that has to be level, has to be anchored properly, and has to be right the first time because there is no hiding a crooked blind.
Fox Run Home Services applies that same standard to the rest of the list. The seasonal work that has to happen on a schedule, like getting your sprinklers blown out before the ground freezes. And the projects that never get done because nobody will drive out for a job that small.
How I work
- No crews, no subcontractors. You get me, every time.
- Flat pricing, quoted before I start. No hourly surprises.
- $125 minimum per visit. That is the price of a truck showing up — and it is exactly why I will come out for one small job.
- Payment when the work is done. Card on site, no invoicing games.
- I answer my own phone. If I am under a ladder, I call back.
Licensed and insured
Fox Run Home Services LLC is a registered Colorado company carrying general liability insurance. Certificate available on request, and I will send it before I start work if you want it.
Where the name comes from
Fox Run Regional Park, which most people in Gleneagle and Black Forest have walked through at some point. It seemed like a better fit than naming the company after any one service — the list changes with the season.
